New for Groups Recently opened to the public is the Laguna Vista Lodge Historic Residence. It has two small bedrooms; the master bedroom has a TV/VCR and both rooms have queen-size beds and walk-in closets. One of the closets was used to store blocks of ice cut out of Eagle Nest Lake. The living room has two full-size futons, 27” TV with a DVD/VCR player. There is one full bath and two half baths. There is a 1,200 square foot conference center and game room with a bumper pool table, ping-pong table, and other games with seating for 48 plus. The large kitchen has dining room tables plus pantry, laundry room, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer. Amenities include TV, large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, glassware, cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, cookware, kitchen linens and oodles of cabinets. Parking by entrance. Sleeps 8 plus. Daily trash and towel service provided.
